Linings and coatings are essential components of your facility infrastructure. Improperly applied, these components can cause major problems. At Miller Integrated Solutions, we focus on providing our customers with a top-tier implementation of a wide variety of linings and coatings.

For corrosive chemical applications (phosphoric acid, HCL, caustic, water treatment chemicals, and the like), we provide chemical-resistant rubber linings for tanks, vessels, piping, and other equipment. Additionally, we can provide corrosion-resistant linings to metallic API tanks, ASME vessels, piping systems, and component equipment. We also offer “hands-free” removal of existing linings prior to replacement.

We also offer a turnkey lined tank and vessel maintenance solution. Our goal with this integrated service is to ensure proper care and maintenance to promote the longevity of our customer’s assets.

Our Linings and Coatings Division has 20 1st and 2nd Class Liner Personnel, 75 years of combined field supervision experience, and 64 years of combined project management experience. NACE Certified Inspection programs are available on all jobs, or on a contract basis. Our QA/QC program measures humidity and temperature on an ongoing basis in order to properly apply rubber lining materials, and we’ve developed an internal mapping system that enhances our traceability of applied products in the field.
