Miller Integrated Solutions provides a wide range of hydroblasting solutions for industrial applications. Our hydroblasting fleet includes mid and high-volume pumps including 10,000 PSI, 15,000 PSI, and 20,000 PSI units. For higher pressure needs, we also offer 40,000 PSI ultra-high pressure pumps. We’re continually adding to our fleet to provide the most effective and cost-efficient cleaning solution available.

At Miller, we start our hydroblasting process by evaluating the task at hand so we can make an informed recommendation on the appropriate technology to use from our fleet. This deliberate approach helps us protect our most valuable resource (our people!), improve our productivity, and ultimately provide a right-sized, effective solution for our customers.

Operator fatigue is a constant, significant safety concern in the hydroblasting process. To mitigate this risk, we make use of automated hydroblasting technologies whenever possible. Using this technology, we can remove our employees from harm’s way and make the cleaning process even simpler for our employees. We utilize automated technologies in approximately 75% of our cleaning engagements.
